Beetroot dosa n beetroot chutney  


Receipe :- For dosa ,mix ragi ,pulp of beetroot,green chili chopped ,grated coconut ,dhaniya Pata , whipped yogurt ,salt n water .... for  rava dosa mix rava,rice powder n maida in 3:1:2 ratio n add green chille ,grated coconut grated,cashew nuts ,grated coconut ,corriander leaves,salt n water mix ....make dosa ....using both batter to get two shades of beetroot n enjoy hot with beetroot chutney .... 

For chutney 
Recipe:-
heat oil add little urid dal,n couple if red chilies ,add chopped beetroots n fry well gring with a small piece of fresh beetroot ,the ready fried mix n fresly grated coconut ...if desired temper with curry leaves,urid dal n one whole red chili
