Ingredients
1.) 3/4 kg fresh King fish
2.) 1/2tbsp salt
3.)1tsp red chili powder
4.) 1tsp fish fry masala
5.) dhaniya powder 1/2tsp
6.) 1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
7.) juice of one lemon
8.) oil for frying
9.) 1cup rice flour
10.) 3tbsp fine samolina
Recipe :-
1.) clean fish n slice thinly.
2.) apply salt ,haldi , red chili powder , fish fry masala (optional) , dhaniya powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice.keep refrigerated for 4-5 hours (best to leave over night )
3.) roll in rice flour with little Rava mixed it it .
4.) heat oil in kadai and deep fry ,turning once for 2-3 mins on each side , until crisp and well done .
5.) serve hot .
