Crispy fried kantola (phagila in Konkani ):-
1.)Wash n pat dry the 1kg kantola , slice them into roundles not too thick not too thin ,
2.)add chili powder, haldi , salt n mix leave aside for it to sweat (say about half hr or more)
3.)mix well coat in rice flour.
4.)deep fry.
5.) serve hot , goes well with Laban rice .
