Ingredients :-
1.) soya chunks 1n half cup
2.) 1onion
3.) 1garlic
4.) oil as needed
5.) haldi powder 1/4tsp
6.) red chili powder 1tsp
7.) dhaniya jeera powder 1tsp
8.) salt to taste
9.) multi grain atta/Kabab flour/besan 2heaped serving spoons or as needed
Method:-
1.)Soak soya chunks in hot water about 4fist fulls,let it stand until the hot water comes to room temperature
2.) in a food processor put onion,garlic n mince
3.)Drain the soya n squeeze out the water from the chunks put in food processor ,mince few times ,
4.) now add seasoning chili pow,haldi,dhaniya jeera pow ,salt garam masala pow (as per ur choice ) mince once again ,
5.) now add Kabab flour or besan or ready made multigrain atta mix few spoon fulls ,mince again until it starts to bind ...
6.) remove in a bowl n oil hands n mix well once more ...
7.) Get the scewers ready (soak them in water if using Wooden scewers to avoid burning them ) by slowly pressing over an elongated ball from the dough (oil hands each time to avoid sticking )
8.) pan fry on a hot pan by drizzling oil on them keep rolling them in medium to high flame until cooked ...serve hot ...:)
