Recipie:-
Ingredients:-
1tsp corriander seeds
1/2tsp jeera
5-6 cloves
1inch cinnamon stick
1/2tsp kasuri methi
4-5 green cardimom
1small piece of nutmeg
1/4 tsp sauf /fennel seeds
4-5 Kashmiri Chilis
1/2 cup grated coconut
1fried onion
1green chili
5-6 flakes of garlic
A small piece of ginger
1bunch , Corriander leaves (half for masala n half for garnish)
1tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/2tsp haldi powder
1/2tsp red chili powder
Method :-
1.)dry roast, 1 tb spoon coriender seeds, 1/2 tea spn jeera, , 5-6 cloves, 1 cinmon stick, some kasuri meethi,nutgmeg, green elaichi seeds(no skin), 1/4 tea spoon sauf(fennel) 5-6 kashmiri chilles add to mixer, with a fist full of grated coconut roasted seperately....
2.) to this add 1 green chille, coriender leaves, fried onion, fried garlic 5-6 pods, ginger
3.)grind to a paste
4.) marinate chicken in ginger garlic paste, haldi, salt little red chillee powder for 1 hr or so ,
4.) in little oil put jeera, onion n add marinated chicken stir fry,
5.)add masala and stir fry slightly
6.) boil until chicken is cooked now add salt if needed,
7.) serve hot with coriender leaves
